The Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc is, as its name implies, a monovarietal that presents an excellent bright citrus lemon color. On the nose, it is fresh and very aromatic, with notes of very ripe tropical fruit contrasting with fresher fruit like pineapple and melon, and with vegetable notes like asparagus. With fresh input, it proves to be very fruity and balanced. It has a good acidity, supported by ripe fruit flavors, some tropical notes that characterize it and confer balance. Red vibrant colour almost opaque. The nose is rich, fresh and quite complex, where the fruity character of well-ripe grapes predominates. The discreet and well integrated wood in the wine, contributes to its complexity and aromatic enrichment. In the mouth it is intense, full of aromatic notes to very ripe red fruits, with balanced acidity and soft but present tannins. It is a very well structured wine, quite tasty, that presents a smooth and very nice finish.
