You can cancel your order if it has not yet been processed, that is, it is still marked with the status “in process” or “awaiting payment”.<\/p>\n

In accordance with the al. l) of no. 1, article 4 of Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, of 14 February, the consumer has the right to terminate the contract without incurring any costs (except return costs) and without necessity to indicate the reason, within 14 days from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the goods, in the case of purchase and sale contracts.<\/p>\n

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us to info@soulflavors.pt or to Soul & Flavors, Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de Produtos Regionais Lda, with registered office at Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra N\u00ba9, 5000-635 Vila Real, Portugal, your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement.<\/p>\n

For the free resolution period to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution is sent before the end of the resolution period.<\/p>\n

The procedure for exercising the right is set out in articles 10 and 11 of Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, of 14 February, available here<\/a>, and the free resolution form provided by B of the annex to that diploma.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Yes. In cases of free Contract Resolution, the shipping costs related to the return are borne by the consumer, as stipulated in paragraph 2 of article 13 of Decree-Law no. 24\/2014, of 14\/02.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

1. The return of the items must be made upon presentation of the respective invoice and\/or proof of payment, and will be returned to Soul & Flavors, to the address Loja do Covilhete, Rua dos Combatentes da Grande Guerra N\u00ba9, 5000-635 Vila Real, Portugal.
2. The articles must be in perfect condition of sale, in the original packaging.
3. The consumer shall, within 14 days of the date on which he or she has communicated his or her decision to withdraw from the contract, return or deliver the goods to the supplier of goods or to a person authorised to do so.<\/p>\n

After receiving and confirming the products, the refund procedure will be initiated if, and only if, the products have been shipped according to the predefined terms.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
