The Três Bagos Sauvignon Blanc is, as its name implies, a monovarietal that presents an excellent bright citrus lemon color. On the nose, it is fresh and very aromatic, with notes of very ripe tropical fruit contrasting with fresher fruit like pineapple and melon, and with vegetable notes like asparagus. With fresh input, it proves to be very fruity and balanced. It has a good acidity, supported by ripe fruit flavors, some tropical notes that characterize it and confer balance. Long and persistent finish. Good ability to evolve.
