Ventozelo Gin is a journey into the very nature of Quinta de Ventozelo.

It is the result of a research project with the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar and a partnership with Cantinho das Aromáticas, who helped to recognise the incredible scents that exist around the Quinta and how to bottle them. The final botanical blend was macerated in vinous alcohol obtained from distilling Quinta de Ventozelo’s wines.
