Natural handmade product, respecting the traditions and memory of our grandmothers' sweets, creating unique flavors and aromas. No dyes, no preservatives and no flavorings. Prepared with 60 gr of fruit and 37 gr of sugar, per 100 gr of jam. It should be kept in a dry, cool place and protected from direct light and stored in the refrigerator after opening. Format: 212g or 1kg
Deep purple in colour. On the nose the wine shows fresh wild berry fruit that are well integrated with light notes of spice. Balanced on the palate, evolving into a wine of great volume, with a compact structure made of thick-textured tannins. The finish is elegant, fresh and lingering. Ventozelo Gin is a journey into the very nature of Quinta de Ventozelo. It is the result of a research project with the Instituto de Ciências Biomédicas Abel Salazar and a partnership with Cantinho das Aromáticas, who helped to recognise the incredible scents that exist around the Quinta and how to bottle them. The final botanical blend was macerated in vinous alcohol obtained from distilling Quinta de Ventozelo’s wines.
